To Whom it may concern,

My name is Christopher Frede and I was Aleks’ Music Teacher at St Patrick’s Marist College Dundas. 

I taught Aleks from 2020 - 2025 and highly recommend him as a candidate for the Creative Media scholarship. Aleks is an extremely diligent and proactive worker. He has excellent communication skills, and is always willing to assist anyone, acting as a vital member to any given team. Furthermore, he also has high organisational skills and is very flexible ensuring he completes set tasks at an extensive standard. Aleks will always go above and beyond to ensure the set task is completed to the best of his ability. 

Aleks had displayed excellence in VET Entertainment on many occasions, being a subject closely related to Music. He has led various school showcases, performance evenings, assemblies, Mass’ and Liturgies professionally. Furthermore, his ability has led to a number of awards, employment opportunities through external production companies used by the College and the College itself. 

Aleks also has an extensive musical ability and understanding, particularly in composition and sound production, demonstrated through his assessments and writing scores to accompany his peers assessments. Moreover, he is also an exceptional trumpet player, providing six years of service to the College Concert Band, accompanying students’ with their HSC performances pieces and featuring in many items in College showcases. 

For these reasons, Aleks would be a fantastic asset to the Creative Media Scholarship and has my highest recommendation. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
